Presley Courville is a 2025 C/2B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Lake Charles, LA who attends Alfred M. Barbe. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a leaner build, some present strength with additional room to fill throughout. Excellent runner, posted a 6.37 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, slight turn in set up behind plate in drills, does a nice job of coming out and gaining ground with lower half/footwork, quick exchange and athleticism plays in actions, accurate throws down to second base with present arm strength, 1.85 best pop time. Right-handed hitter, begins with a wide base and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate, utilizes a high leg lift trigger for timing in the box. Handsy swing and lower at the start, works on a linear path through the zone and showed comfort living back up the middle. Contact oriented approach with additional pop to unlock, can go the other way and shows twitchy hands with present quickness through the zone. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
