2021 WWBA Workout Showcase (July 22)
Drake Piersall is a 2024 3B/RHP, OF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Riverton, UT who attends Riverton HS. Recorded a 7.42 second 60-yard dash time. High waisted frame with long limbs and room to fill out. Primary third baseman with clean actions out in front and an uphill release. Higher slot with short footwork and showed good accuracy from multiple slots. Right-handed hitter with a narrow stance and lower hand set with lots of moving parts. Big leg lift trigger and keeps the path short to contact. Line drive hitter with significant strength off the barrel. Strength posits future power. Tremendous student.
