Ty Beasley is a 2021 SS/2B, 3B with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Belleville, IL who attends Althoff Catholic. Large build with room to still strengthen as he continues to develop. Primary infielder, rounds it well and fields out in front, deeper funnel, shows some softness with his backhand glove work. Accurate throws across the diamond with good carry. Shows good comprehension for his footwork when on the move. At the plate, uses a wide and upright stance with a quick toe tap trigger. Good bat speed through the zone with a slightly elevated barrel plane. Looks to use the middle of the field. Excellent student in the classroom as well.
