Sawyer Pearsall is a 2026 OF/RHP, MIF with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Bessemer, AL who attends McAdory. A compact frame with some length and athleticism to his build. Ran a 6.78 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder who squared up the ball working into a shuffle as he throws. Ball came out at a higher slot around 80 mph. Also worked out in the infield where he had some range moving laterally and was able to keep the throws on target at 81 mph and record outs. A right-handed hitter with high set hands and a high back elbow. Keeps an even base and rotates through contact. Worked the whole field during his round of BP. Also took to the mound as a pitcher where he worked up to 81 mph on the fastball spinning up around 2,140 RPMs. Showed a curveball spinning up to 2,354 RPMs in the low-70s. He threw from a higher three-quarters arm slot. He got on top of the fastball and created some cut to the pitch. The breaking ball showed 11-5 shape and had tight spin to it. Picked up a couple of strikeouts during his outing. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
