Zachary White is a 2026 C/RHP/1B with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Charlotte, NC who attends Hickory Grove Christian. Medium frame with some wiry strength and plenty of time and space to add over time. Primary position C, staring with a square stance and a bit high in his legs. Compact foot work where he could gain a bit more ground in direct path to the target. Midline transfer to position appropriate short arm path. Accurate throws up to 66 mph with a pop-time best 2.18 seconds. Secondary RHP, working from the 3B side of the rubber with a leg lift to the chest. Works down there mound a bit cross body and limits the lower half turn. Works through a high 3/4 arm angle and hides the ball quite well. FB up to 75 mph with some hop and locates to the glove side well. Vertical CB in the low-60s that showed ability to create swing and miss. CH with fade that projects well too. RHH starting wide and in his legs with significantly tilted barrel to start. Rotational mechanics and pull oriented approach. Showed good contact with shorter path to the ball and when in the middle of the field. Power will come with time and overall physicality. Elite performer in the classroom.
