2021 Preseason HS Prospect Showcase
D'Moi Foy is a 2022 OF/RHP with a 6-5 175 lb. frame from Winter Springs, FL who attends Oviedo. Large frame with long, lean build that projects well; ran 60 yard dash in 6.91 seconds. Hits from even stance with high hands and back elbow, short stride with extra rotation in torso, length to stroke, has power pull-side and showed it in games, projectable athlete with bat speed and ingredients. Worked out in the outfield, comes in on the ball well, fields clean and works through, clocked up to 73 mph on throws. Also pitched, length through the back with timing concerns, fastball worked 73-76 mph with life, filled the zone, showed solid curveball for strikes as well. Good student.
