2023 Fall Southeast Showcase
Mason Archie is a 2025 OF/2B with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Lawrenceville, GA who attends Brookwood. Athletic build with long levers and plenty of time to continue to fill at current age. Ran a 6.78 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, solid low 80's arm strength right now, one hand gather off to the side, works through it some, low tempo round, short and compact arm action, slower build up to it, handled all chances in game with comfort. Secondary infielder, average lateral footwork, developing infield actions and feel overall, made the plays, better suited for the grass but held his own on the dirt. Right-handed hitter, open stance, weight on the backside and hands off back shoulder in the setup, hanging knee lift trigger, inside out swing path, slight loft to the path, solid round, consistent barrels to the middle of the field and backside contact. Extremely young for the class with a good body to fill into, promising prospect with a good skillset on both sides of the ball right now. Great student. Named to the 2023 Fall Southeast Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
