CJ Mills is a 2023 OF/2B with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Tallahassee, FL who attends Florida State University School. Medium frame with a lean and athletic build. Ran a 7.13 second 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, deliberate approach to the ball with solid direction, works through it with some balance, releases from long arm action and produced accurate throws clocked up to 75 mph to bags. Righthanded hitter, sets up very wide in the lower; has some quickness through the zone, works level to impact and occasionally gets uphill, creates some topspin at times but has some carry off the barrel when squared. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
