Jonathan Gomez is a 2023 C/OF with a 5-9 205 lb. frame from Spring, TX who attends Klein Collins. Jonathan is a bit of a squatty guy behind the plate, but he shows good athleticism for size. Receives the baseball well and transitions into throwing motion smoothly. Good pop time of 2.03 and accurate throws. Jonathan gets into a deep load at the plate and shows some strength in his hands driving pitches to outfield. Gomez is a very good student in the classroom. Jonathan was named to the 2022 South Prospect Top Team List.
