Logan Geggus is a 2023 LHP/1B/OF with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Edwardsville, IL who attends Edwardsville. Big and physical athletic build, extremely strong physically. Works exclusively from the stretch on the mound, closed start with a further hip turn into his load, gets back to even well and on time, long arm action with a deep plunge in back, athleticism enables him to stay on time and repeat. Consistent mid-80's fastball, touched 88 mph on his last pitch, spots his fastball well and gets above barrels up in the zone, heavy fastball down in the zone. Nice change up that is tunneled well with good arm speed. Solid curveball with 1/7 shape and some sharpness and power. Challenges hitters with three solid pitches he can mix and match with, nice dominant outing. 7.34 runner who worked out in the outfield. Left handed hitter who hits from a slightly open stance with a turned in front shoulder load, long swing, tends to cast his hands out to start his swing, has the strength to drive the ball with adjustments. Outstanding student. Named to the National Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
