Charles Chalk is a 2023 OF/RHP with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from Land O Lakes, FL who attends Land O Lakes. Recorded a 7.28 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder with a strong, well-proportioned frame. Showcased confident actions with long strides to the ball. Worked through it well and displayed quickness to feet. Showed good arm strength, up to 86 mph from the outfield. Right-handed hitter and starts with a wide base, even feet, and a high back elbow. Employed a leg lift trigger and showed strength to the wrists. Easy pop to pull side and rotates the hips well. Power projects very well. Secondary right-handed pitcher and begins delivery with a leg lift to waist level. Releases from a high slot and topped at 86 mph with the fastball, featuring good carry to it. Flashed a curveball and turned over a changeup with good fade, working effectively versus left-handed hitters. Excellent student. Named to the 2022 Florida Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
