Braxton Glaze is a 2027 3B/RHP, 1B, 2B, SS, MIF, IF with a 6-0 140 lb. frame from Cumming, GA who attends Denmark. 8.67 runner in the sixty-yard dash. Tall frame with lean, athletic build. Left-handed hitter with a tall stance in the box. Bat wraps in the load, got the barrel inside the ball consistently in the round of batting practice and shot the ball the other way. Will continue to grow into power as he gets more strength in the frame. Looked better during in game at-bats, more confidence and he hit a hard liner to the pull-side. Primary third baseman, works around the ball with good footwork, hands work out front and a clean gather. Inline momentum on throws, developing accuracy but looked the part, recorded throws up to 69 mph. Also worked out at first base, good footwork around the bag, deep gather to funnel, showed solid feel for the position with accuracy on throws. Secondary right-handed pitcher, works from a full windup, side steps to a high leg lift, slight shoulder turns at the top of the lift, lands slightly closed with the front foot at times, causing him to lose the strike zone. Looked better in his second inning of work, filled up the zone as he repeated his mechanics better. Fastball, up to 70 mph, and a curveball, up to 55 mph, were mixed enough to keep hitters off balance.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
