Tyler Leinenbach is a 2023 2B/RHP, 3B, SS, MIF, IF, UT with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Fern Park, FL who attends Lake Howell. Ran a 7.50 second sixty. Primary second baseman with an average build. Waits back on the ball on the infield snatching to with quick hands and funneling quickly to the mid line. Gets rid of the ball on time with a shorter arm action showing developing arm strength while making accurate throws. Lifts the leg to the belt with a slight coil at the top of the delivery. Arm action works on line and long though the back up to a high three-quarters arm slot. The fastball sat 75-79 mph finding the zone enough to get ahead of hitters. Mixed in a changeup with some feel generating depth and later turn over in the zone. The curveball showed as the third best pitch with shorter depth in the low 70's with slight horizontal action. Right-handed hitter, starts with an even base using a hangin leg lift trigger. Showed a level path through the hitting zone while staying strong on the back side hitting the ball mostly to the pull side with developing bat speed. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
