Hudson LeGrow is a 2025 RHP/1B, OF with a 6-5 175 lb. frame from Hideaway, TX who attends Lindale. Athletic with long limbs. Primary right handed pitcher who throws from a high 3/4 slot with some whip in the arm. Uses a medium sized leg raise to work down hill. Gets decent drive off his back leg and stays in line. Slow getting to the top of his delivery as arm coils behind his back. Would like to see him get downhill more with his lengthy frame. Gets good extension out in front with his arm. Fastball has good life through the zone and got in on hitters quick. Dropped in a 11-5 curve with good depth. Could locate and drop this pitch in for strikes. Mixes well and keeps hitters off balance. Was not afraid to throw the curve in any count. Projectable frame with a good idea on how to pitch and sequence. Also played outfield with longer arm actions out there coming full circle. Strong arm can make throws with accuracy and carry. Right handed hitter with a wide base starting slighlty open. Sprayed some liners all over the field and has some bat speed to work with. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
