David Hamilton is a 2023 OF/RHP, 3B with a 6-2 210 lb. frame from Spring Hill, TN who attends Grace Christian Academy. Really durable physical build with present strength and good overall athleticism. Ran the 60 yard dash in a very solid 7.00 seconds. Primary OF, showcasing a big time arm with tremendous carry and accuracy to bags. Works out front with the glove into deep transfer and significant crow hop to get inline. Moves well and can go get it a bit in the outfield. Secondary RHP working exclusively from the stretch and using high leg lift at balance. Holds hands rigidly at the chest working into a very deep arm path inline and accelerates through a 3/4 arm angle. Good direction down the slope and stays inline until foot strike at which point he really generates torque through the pitch. FB up to 88 mph with solid spin traits and did get occasional cut while missing barrels. CB is a firm vertical breaker with heavy downward shape up to 74 mph with above average spin in the 2,200+ rpm range. CH with deadening spin is a solid third offering. RHH with a very wide stance, using no leg lift as he just turns in and goes to impact. Nice handset and gets full turn through the ball using pull oriented approach but has the power to justify. A bit of an adjustment to the middle of the field may take him to another level offensively. Real two-way talent and a very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
