2021 Sunshine Southwest Showcase
Dylan Hellbusch is a 2022 LHP/1B, OF with a 6-4 185 lb. frame from Tucson, AZ who attends Catalina Foothills. Ran a 7.28 60 yard dash. Projectable frame on the mound and comes downhill at hitters. Hides the ball well and can change arm slots to add deception. His fastball was up to 71 but looks faster out of the hand. Has a loopy curveball that sat around 58 and hitters have trouble with it. Gets the most out of his present stuff but has plenty of room to add strength. Good defensively at first base and has good instincts for the position. Shows the ability to scoop well. Large based stance at the plate. Has a level bat path and the ball has good carry off the back with some nice backspin.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
