Karson Knox is a 2023 C/1B/OF with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Wake Forest, NC who attends North Raleigh Christian Academy. Strong athletic build. 7.01 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, sets up low and flexible behind the plate, comes out of his crouch well, has good arm strength and makes very accurate throws, repeats his footwork and exchange, stood out in the games defensively. Also worked out in the outfield and is a good enough athlete to play there regularly. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a quiet load, hand hitch timer that was very consistent, has strength in his swing and gets some jump off the barrel. Exceptional student. Named to the Carolina Top Prospect Games Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
