Jake Courville is a 2023 SS/2B with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Columbus, GA who attends Columbus HS. Recorded a 7.17 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with wiry strength, athleticism, and room to fill out. Primary shortstop whose hands work well and has good accuracy. Three-quarters arm slot with athleticism to actions. Good feel and lateral agility with arm strength up to 83 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter with a wide base and strong hands. Inside path with sturdy wrists and finishes up through the ball. Well struck contact on a consistent basis with an on time swing and impact off the barrel. Great student. Named to the WWBA Workout TP List.
