Will Curcio is a 2023 OF/RHP, MIF, UT with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Woodstock, GA who attends Etowah. He ran a 7.38 second sixty. A primary outfielder with an average build showing some present strength. In the outfield he coms and gets the ball well working though it into a strong throw with a shorter arm action creating good carry on the baseball. On the mound he ran the fastball up to 85 mph with a compact delivery and short arm action from a three-quarters arm slot, he repeats the delivery well allowing him to get the fastball to both halves with occasional arm side run, the curveball showed short 11-5 shape as he commanded the zone well in the second and third innings. Right-handed hitter, starts with an even base using a hanging leg lift with some good rhythm to the operation showing strength at the point of contact when he is able to get extended using the middle of the field. Good student. Named to the 2021 Southeast Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
