Ryder Leclair is a 2022 RHP/3B, MIF, IF with a 6-2 165 lb. frame from Irving, TX who attends Macarthur. Ran a 7.37 60 yard dash. Solid projectable frame on the mound. Has an over the top release with a short stride. Gets over the front side well and works downhill. His fastball was up to 77 MPH with life to it. Flashes a good feel to spin a curveball at 68 MPH and a slider at 73 MPH. Good control and stays around the zone. In the field, feet work well and has good glove actions. Good range for third base. At the plate, swings with good intent and gets good leverage. Should continue to add power as he fills out. His highest exit velocity was 78 MPH. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
