Brady Belfus is a 2024 1B/3B with a 6-1 213 lb. frame from Deptford, NJ who attends Gloucester Catholic. Large, physical build with loads present strength throughout his frame that translated well into his game. 7.64-second runner during the sixty. Primary first baseman, fields out in front with a deep funnel. Displayed feel for position with clean actions and quickness to his turns on throws to second, moving well for his size. Quick, compact arm stroke, working up to 82 mph across the diamond. Plays low and worked through the ball well. Took the mound during showcase, coming right after hitters as he attacked the zone. Repeated an athletic operation, using his long levers to create some downhill action on his heater. Working up to 80 mph as he flashed some life in the arm. Spun slider well, landing it zone when needed. Right-handed hitter, wide, balanced stance with a high-hand set. Produced some loud barrels displaying present gap-to-gap juice when on time. Ball jumped off his bat as he flashed some serious power projection. Worked short through the zone and cut his swing off early at times. Ball carried when he stayed through extension and didn't leak open with front shoulder. Excellent student.
