Elijah Stephens is a 2025 LHP/1B with a 6-6 210 lb. frame from Carlsbad, CA who attends Sage Creek. Tall, lean build with well-proportioned strength that bodes well for physical projection. Left-handed pitcher, accelerates downhill form a shorter three-quarter release. Creates good angle on the fastball while the curveball landed for strikes with late depth. Also flashed some fade to a quality changeup, more velocity in the tank as the fills out. First baseman, showed a good arm around the bag from a clean release. Proper technique on the dirt stood out. Right-handed hitter, wide base with a high hand set and lift into contact. Good extension out front and stays gap-to-gap in approach. Shows strength to drive the ball well with more in store. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
