Noah Alvarez is a 2023 3B/RHP, IF, OF with a 6-2 165 lb. frame from Chino, CA who attends Homeschool. Average frame, lean build, slow deliberate delivery, Stays in good line with clean release, working downhill with short easy life. He commanded it well early with good depthy breaker, solid spin ,and shape. Breaker comes out of the hand well with a really healthy feel for it. Clean arm action with high three-quarters slot repeating it well He sinks the fastball effortlessly with some arm side run. The breaker was really sharp, changeup stood out too, true diving life to arm side on it, kills spin and ton of action, two strong secondaries with an easy fastball, some hammer breakers throughout. As the velocity increases the stuff will play up. Defensively, in the outfield he showed decent feel for the getting the glove down on time. Displayed, some arm strength that gained decent carry on the throws in. In the infield, he tends to wait back on the ball with really solid range to the back hand. He sets up out of a upright narrow base with moderate leg kick. The path was slightly uppercut with middle to pull side approach. He flashed some pull-side pop. 7.51 60-yard. Outstanding student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
