Daniel Ciprian is a 2023 SS/RHP/OF with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Linden, NJ who attends Linden. Ciprian showcased smooth hands from SS with high effort throws and lots of control and repeatability in his mechanics. He displayed a live arm across the diamond with accurate throws to 1B. While Ciprian is a primary infielder, he proved that he could be an asset on the mound as well. He consistently threw strikes off the bump and excelled at varying his tempos to keep hitters off balance. With the fastball touching 84 mph, developing a reliable off speed pitch will make Ciprian all the more dangerous. Offensively, he started from an open stance with quick compact hands to the ball. Ciprian showed raw bat speed and has the tools to produce power in the future. Ran a 7.15 60 yard dash.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
