Caden Pollo is a 2025 C/1B with a 5-11 163 lb. frame from Lees Summit, MO who attends Lee's Summit West. Medium build with plenty of room to get stronger. Left handed hitter, hits from a well balanced open stance with a well timed close, gets good rotation in his swing and is well connected, has some lift in his swing while staying compact and pretty direct, solid swing fundamentals to grow into as he continues to add strength. 7.91 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, comes out of his crouch well and has some quickness to his action, short and compact arm stroke with a quick release, on line footwork into his throws, developing arm strength, similar to his hitting skills in that the defense is fundamentally well grounded just waiting for more strength to kick in. Very good student.
