Miles Hughes is a 2022 OF/LHP with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Carson, CA who attends Carson. Tall lanky build with plenty of room to add muscle. Ran the 60 yard dash in 6.83 seconds. Primary outfielder that clocked up to 83 mph on hid throws. Showed some athleticism, charged the ball well, the glove has a tendency to get down late. Flashed the ability to have carry through the bag on throws. Also got on the mound, left-handed pitcher, the fastball sat 76-81 mph with some arm side run. The fastball had a tendency to get on hitters quickly, worked best at the top of the zone. Mixed in a curveball that worked best at the bottom of the zone. Left-handed hitter, consistently used the middle of the field. Has a level swing that stays long through the zone. Good student.
