Brett McLuhan is a 2023 2B/3B with a 6-0 184 lb. frame from Anthem, AZ who attends Cactus Shadows High School/Psh. Larger builder. Ran the 60 -yard dash in 7.51 seconds. Primary infielder, showed the ability to make the routine plays but is still developing infield actions. Worked through the ball with heavy feet, displayed accurate throws with slight carry, was clocked up to 75 mph on throws across the diamond. At the plate, hits from the left side with an upright even base. Has a high back elbow with a heel raise trigger, displayed a linear path with a good feel for the barrel consistently driving the ball to his pull side. Flashed some pull side pop and crushed the ball deep in the left center gap. Excellent student.
