Matthew Hall is a 2024 OF/RHP, 2B, 3B, SS, IF with a 6-2 145 lb. frame from Las Cruces, NM who attends Onate. Medium build with good amounts of physical projection remaining. Outfielder, shorter deliberate slot produces accuracy. Stays inn the middle of his stance well. Infielder, improved as round went on with quicker feet and on-balanced throws on the dirt. Right-handed pitcher, whippier arm from a lower three-quarter release with some deception in the back. Mixed tempos well with some late life to the fastball and tumble to the changeup. Some feel to spin on the mound. Right-handed hitter, even base and lower hand set with high leg lift. Hands get into launch with solid timing and jump off the barrel. Sprayed it to the gaps and found feel for some pull-side strength. Very good student.
