2021 West Coast Prospect Showcase
Wesley Nanas is a 2023 RHP/SS with a 6-0 145 lb. frame from Thousand Oaks, CA who attends Westlake. Lean build with some athleticism within. Showcased solid glove with soft hands on the infield. Has the ability to cover ground both ways due to quality footwork. Flashed a strong arm with the ability to make accurate throws consistently. Used slightly open stance with a narrow base. Sound swing mechanics with natural loft within. Stays balanced throughout. Adding strength and swinging with more intent would help create the bat speed needed to drive the ball with authority more consistently. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
