Renard Stricklin Jr. is a 2026 3B/RHP with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from College Park, GA who attends Westlake. Good looking athletic frame with present strength and time to add overall physicality. Primary position IF, showing feel for the spot and moving quickly into his angles with first step. Clean glove action with a good transfer and unleashed strong on line throws up to 85 mph across the diamond. Played the slow roller like you want to see it done. Nice round of infield. Secondary RHP working from the full windup, high leg lift with an inwardly turned posture at balance. Breaks into full offline arm path and works hard to accelerate the arm. FB up to 82 mph that is true through the zone and filled it up with plenty of strikes. Off speed pitch was vertical CB with pretty tight spin that will improve with more reps. RHH starting with an even stance and busy load before launching hands to contact. Hands work the bat head well and when on plane smoked some balls gap to gap. Pull oriented approach with strength and really leaned on pitches in the lower part of the zone. Bat stood out in game action with multiple loud and extra base hits. Very good student as well.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
