Logan Dyer is a 2024 2B/RHP/3B with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Salisbury, NC who attends East Rowan. Medium athletic build with some lower half strength. 7.01 runner in the sixty. Primary second baseman on defense, has nice hands on defense with good quickness and softness at the ball, makes very accurate throws from a quick exchange, has good carry on his throws for a second baseman. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a calm set up and load, was consistently on time in BP and the games, loose extended swing with some pull side juice for his size, good overall swing approach that will serve him well as he gets stronger. Also pitched, has a full length arm circle in back and a good on line track down the mound, low 3/4's arm slot coming through to release, shows athleticism in his delivery. Fastball topped out at 83 mph with some ride up in the zone and sink down. Used a soft sweeping slider as his secondary pitch and threw strikes with both offerings. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
