Julian Carter is a 2025 SS/3B/OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Sandy Springs, GA who attends Riverwood. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean build. Excellent runner, posted a 6.68 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, shows quickness to feet on the move in the dirt, shows comfort with footwork moving to either side, will continue to refine overall actions but shows strength and carry on throws across. Fields the ball off to side in the outfield, higher slot on throws and plays with energy, charges the ball and remains under control with balance, some present strength on throws. Right-handed hitter, begins with a medium and even base in the box and a lower hand set up at the plate. Long swing path through the zone and looks to lift at the point of contact, occasionally gets uphill in swing path, able to generate impact at the point of contact as seen with 88 mph exit velocity in testing. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
