Ronin McCraw is a 2026 SS/MIF with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Magnolia, TX who attends Concordia Lutheran. Compact athletic build with good present strength. Primary shortstop on defense, has fluid and balanced actions, takes good routes to the ball and is clean and confident working through it, can make the play on the run, has some arm strength and carry when he gets on top of his throws. 6.86 runner in the sixty. Left handed hitter, hits from a spread straight stance, simple direct inside swing path, has strength in his hands, gets extended through contact, line drive/high contact approach at present that he executes well, can see more power in the future especially if he hits taller. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Texas A&M.
