Kort McLean is a 2024 SS/2B, 3B, OF with a 6-1 168 lb. frame from Windermere, FL who attends Bishop Moore. Large frame with a lean build showing some fast twitch muscle. Room to fill out making him projectable. Ran a 7.07 second sixty yard dash. Primary Shortstop, feel for the position showing. Bounce in the step as he worked athletically into the baseball showing lateral range. Clean gather out front before working into transfer. Arm strength starting to show as he threw it 78 mph with carry across the diamond. Has the tools to play here moving forward. Right-Handed Hitter, medium to wide base while open to start. Knee lift to a short stride as he creates separation with a quick movement of the hands. Worked into a linear cut as he delivered the bat head with intent. Will make big strides in the box as he adds strength. Good Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
