Collin Briggs is a 2024 3B/RHP/OF with a 5-7 140 lb. frame from Fleming Island, FL who attends St. John's Country Day. Smaller frame with a lean and athletic build. Ran a 7.64 second 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, shows solid actions moving around the dirt well, fields the ball cleanly and releases from a higher slot that will produce better throws as he adds arm strength through maturity. Also pitched, showed athleticism in his delivery, pitches to contact with good sink to the fastball and filled up the zone with the fastball-curveball mix. Right-handed hitter, sets up balanced and uses a very short load prior to the swing; works level through the zone looking to produce line drive contact as he swings off the back side and can occasionally struggle to get the barrel out. Will improve offensively as he matures physically.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
