Johnny Dibenedetto is a 2022 SS/2B with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Spring Hill, FL who attends Bishop McLaughlin Catholic. Medium frame with a lean and athletic build. Ran a 7.27 second 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, moves around the dirt well with good actions laterally, good feel for the glove adjusting to hops, funnels cleanly and showed an ability to throw from multiple slots when necessary and still get accuracy on throws. Left-handed hitter, sets up open and stays simple, has developing bat speed but executes his contact approach well in producing line drive contact to the middle of the field that projects well with added strength. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
