Tanner Knowles is a 2022 SS/2B with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Elko, GA who attends Perry. Medium athletic build with some present strength and room for more. Outstanding runner, 6.21 in the sixty. Has quickness and agility in the middle infield on defense, works behind the ball well with side to side agility, tends to get his glove down late at times approaching the ball, compact arm action with some carry across the diamond. Right handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance with a high hand load, has quick hands and generates some bat speed with a bit of lift out front, gap to gap approach with some projection as he continues to mature physically. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Georgia.
