Moises Abeyta is a 2022 OF/RHP, C, 2B, 3B with a 6-1 150 lb. frame from Albuquerque, NM who attends Sandia. Lean, projectable build. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.59 seconds. Primary outfielder whose throws from the grass topped out at 74 mph. Showed quality footwork when approaching balls. When he worked out in the infield his throws clocked in at 72 mph. At the plate, he hits out of a square and balanced stance. Showed a flat bat path through the zone. On the mound he throws out of a 3/4 arm slot and his FB sat at 68-72 mph. The heater had some late cutting action to it. Also showed a deep 12/6 CB in the arsenal that came in at 60 mph.
