Andrew Fox is a 2018 1B with a 6-3 224 lb. frame from Lenexa, KS who attends Rockhurst HS. Large frame with broad shoulder and present strength. Primary first baseman with clean footwork while surrounding and centering the baseball. Fluid glove actions while funneling from a slightly deeper position and worked through exchange with loose, clean actions. Long arm circle and released from a loose arm action topping at 75 miles per hour across the infield. Right handed hitter with a spread, even stance. Simple, direct path to contact with a line drive barrel plane through extension. Present bat speed with strength at contact. Ball jumped off the barrel well and utilized a gap to gap approach. Flashed ability to turn the barrel to contact and work to pull side with authority as well. Good student. Named to the 2017 Midwest Top Prospect Showcase, Top Prospect List.
