Will Brassil is a 2018 LHP/1B, OF with a 6-4 185 lb. frame from Broomfield, CO who attends Holy Family Catholic. Big build, tall, lanky and projectable frame. Ran a 7.12 60 yard dash. Primary lefthanded pitcher, works exclusively from stretch, leg lift above waist, quick and compact arm action to a high 3/4 arm slot, stays online downhill. Fastball and curveball worked from same plane, creates lots of depth on breaking ball with 12-to-6 shape, fastball topped out at 85 mph. Lefthanded hitter, narrow base, upright and open stance, some linear shift into contact, simple hand path to baseball, level barrel plane through extension, worked gap to gap during round. Verbal commit to New Mexico. Good student.
