Jorge Gil is a 2024 3B/RHP, 1B with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Cypress, TX who attends Cypress Springs. Physical build with present size to both halves. Ran a 7.22 in the sixty. Showed well in first base and infield drills. Cleaner funnel through the ball and developing footwork. Accurate throws from both spots, gets the glove down on time and shows some quicker turns to the bag. Also pitched, extended low three-quarter slot worked well. Has a solid two-plane slider with feel and dotted corners with his fastball. Left-handed hitter, pull-side power present with some heavy hands. Gets the barrel head out and can impact it plenty. Lots of strength in profile to build upon.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
