Zach Rosenzweig is a 2024 C/1B/3B with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Massapequa, NY who attends Plainedge. Solid athletic build with plenty of strength throughout. Sets up low behind the plate and comes out of his crouch well, has some arm strength with a longer arm stroke, makes accurate throws, will stab at the ball with his glove at times. Right handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance with a hanging front leg trigger, big barrel wrap in back, segmented step by step swing mechanics. Has strong hands and flashes gap to gap power, gets mistimed occasionally and can simplify his load and trigger, has the strength and raw bat speed to continue to develop as a hitter with adjustments.
