Chase Jackson is a 2023 SS/2B with a 5-10 161 lb. frame from McDonough, GA who attends Eagle's Landing Christian Academy. Medium frame with slender, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 6.79 seconds. Hits from wider start with small stride and high hands/back elbow, wrists and hands work through swing, whippy barrel with projection for power given the bat speed, worked gap to gap, quality hitting tools with projection assuming strength gains. Worked out in the infield, quick feet with attack mentality, shows range to both sides with very light footwork, clean through it, multiple steps into release, clocked up to 83 mph on throws. Very good student, named to 2021 National Underclass Main Event Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
