Zack Demchenko is a 2016 RHP with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Okotoks, AB who attends Foothills Composite HS. Thick and strong build. Side step delivery, over the top arm slot, gets inside of the ball at release but works downhill very well. Low 80's fastball, topped out at 83 mph, gets fairly consistent flat running action, will need to improve on getting the ball to his glove side. Curveball has fair spin with occasional big downer depth. Rare change up. Competed well and challenged hitters.
