Emanuel Wilson is a 2017 3B/RHP with a 6-0 188 lb. frame from Ellenwood, GA who attends Cedar Grove HS. Large frame with quality build throughout body; has strength at present and projects for more with continued development. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.74 seconds. Switch hitter, shows a bit more fluidity and bat speed from the right side at present. Leg lift trigger with intent, loose swing with some bat speed, inside out swing path with line drive plane from the right side. Left-handed swing is a bit tighter, leans back into load and turns the barrel inside. Pull-field approach from left side; will go more whole-field from right side. Worked out defensively in the infield, projects well at 3rd base. Upright throughout actions, hands work well into actions, arm works well with shorter action, extended release out of crow hop with accuracy across the diamond. IF velocity up to 73 MPH.
