Alex Ausmus is a 2015 MIF/OF with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Parker, CO who attends Legend HS. Has a medium lean projectable frame with room to fill. As an infielder he showed good footwork with a soft sure glove and playable arm strength, graded out higher as a second baseman. As an outfielder he showed good arm action with a good release point staying on top of the ball when throwing. As a right handed hitter he hit from a closed stance with a small leg kick load and good balance. He showed good bat speed with some lift in his swing. Excellent Student.
