Coltin Collins is a 2014 SS/RHP, IF with a 6-4 185 lb. frame from Lynnville, IA who attends Pella Christian. Collins has a large frame with a long lean build. He has a quick release defensively with some arm strength. Collins arm works well and projects to throw with more velocity. He has developing actions and nice hands. At the plate, Collins starts with a wide base and has a pull approach. He has a sweeping swing and gets extension. Collins has some pop and swings on a line drive path. He pitches with a high 3/4 to overhand arm slot with a long extended release. He has a cross body delivery and throws a developing curve ball at 68 MPH. Very good student.
