Nick Bodner is a 2014 RHP/OF with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Tierra Verde, FL who attends Jesuit. Has a large projectable frame with a solid athletic build. Pitches from a high 3/4 arm slot with a short loose arm action. Has a smooth balanced delivery, pitches downhill with good extension. Has good command of his pitches, has cut action to his fastball, has good depth on his 11-5 curveball and he uses it as an out pitch. Is able to mix his pitches well to keep hitters off-balance, has a good demeanor on the mound and is a good competitor. Is an exceptional student.
