Molina is a 2005 RHP/SS from New York, NY with a solid 6'0"/182 pound body and is one of the better arms in the northeast. He throws from a 3/4 arm slot with a smooth, balanced delivery and is slightly across his body, but his arm is quick enough to catch-up. He has a smooth arm action and uses his legs well. His fastball topped out at 88 mph with good life and some sink at times. His curveball is 70 mph with a tight 10-4 break that buckles right handed hitters. He is polished pitcher that projects well at the next level. He's also a good athlete who can play just about any position. Santiago is a good student.
