2004 Underclass National Showcase
Ben Revere -- Revere is a freshman infielder who it isn’t fair to make a full scouting report on, not because of his age but because he was playing with a leg injury that will require surgery and obviously wasn’t at 100%. Revere looks like he’s a good athlete with plenty of bounce in his step. He has a slashing contact type of approach from the left side of the plate at the plate with early hip rotation and the ability to pull the ball. Revere did a good job of hitting the ball hard and had a couple of hits in games, including a double. Check back when this young prospect is healthy. Ben's best tool is supposed to be his running ability.
